Overall, I have mixed feelings about my time working with AX Paris.
While it did involve some new and exciting things I had never done before in my work or industry placement experiences like helping on a photoshoot and being given the responsibility of using a company's Instagram account to comment and like posts by the consumer and really get to speak to the customers of the company, the whole experience left me slightly disappointed.

I assisted on a photo shoot for the website, which was interesting and provided a good day of experience of a fashion shoot away from the office, which is something I have never done before.

My day to day routine of working at AX Paris involved little tasks like celebrity style steals, searching through the Daily Mail to find what celebrities are wearing to see if AX stock anything similar, going through the amazon product lists and uploading products to amazon, editing their descriptions and search terms etc.

I started to have more responsibilities and began to work more on the Instagram page, commenting on people's images as they used the hashtag #axparis.
This meant I was interacting with the customers and hopefully giving them good customer service too.
I was also given responsibility on finding bloggers for the team to contact and collab with, so I drafted a graph showing the bloggers links, email addresses, and stats (followers, average likes per instagram, etc) to show how influential these young women can be across their audience.

Every day I searched through the Daily Mail to find out what celebrities had been wearing that week to see if AX Paris stocked anything similar to create style steals.

The majority of week 2 was spent working on social media for the website.

After the show-room was organised for the client meeting, it was back up to the quiet office to spend the rest of the day filling our product descriptions to put on to the Amazon product listings for the AX Paris dresses.

The second day of my internship was spent carrying on with merchandising the showroom.

As my AX Paris internship was approaching, I was excited and eager to get back into the fast-paced world of industry internships, after such an enjoyable first internship at ASOS.com this time last year. 

ASOS offices were clean, white, fashionable and exciting. I have also seen lots of AX Paris' direct competitors office space through social media outlets for example Missguided and Boohoo on instagram so I was excited to dive in.
